使用 OneHue 应用或访问其网站，即表示你同意本条款。若不同意，请停止使用。

1. 服务内容

OneHue 是一款照片局部留色工具，支持拍摄或导入照片、取色、调整编辑范围、导出和管理本地作品。功能可能随版本、设备和系统权限而变化。网站用于提供产品信息、支持与法律页面。

2. 你的作品

你保留对自己原创照片和作品的权利。请确保有权拍摄、导入、编辑和分享相关内容，并尊重他人的著作权、肖像权及隐私。对你主动导出或分享的内容及方式，由你自行负责。

3. 本地数据与权限

编辑和作品保存主要在你的设备上完成。请自行管理设备、系统相册和导出文件。删除作品、卸载应用、清除数据或设备损坏可能造成应用内作品无法恢复。相机和保存到系统相册的功能取决于相应权限。

4. 使用限制

请勿将应用或网站用于违法、侵害他人权利、欺诈或破坏服务的活动。除法律允许或我们明确授权外，请勿复制、出售或不当使用应用的软件、名称、标识及网站内容。

5. 自动处理结果

取色、局部留色和导出效果可能受源照片、设备显示与系统处理影响。请在依赖编辑结果前自行检查成品；我们不保证所有照片或设备上的视觉效果完全相同。

6. 购买与订阅

OneHue 提供月度订阅、年度订阅和一次性终身版。权益、当地价格、订阅周期及付款条件会在购买前于 App 内显示。Apple 通过你的 Apple 账户处理应用内购买；自动续订订阅的管理、取消与退款规则详见购买与订阅说明。Apple 的标准许可协议适用于本应用，除非我们另行公布适用的自定义协议。

7. 服务变更与责任范围

我们可能更新功能、网站和本条款，并在本页标示更新日期。在适用法律允许的范围内，服务按现状提供；我们不保证持续无中断或适用于每一种设备与用途。法律规定的消费者权利不受本条款限制。

By using the OneHue app or visiting its website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using them.

1. The service

OneHue is a selective-color photo tool for capturing or importing photos, selecting a color, refining the edited area, exporting, and managing local work. Features may change by version, device, and system permissions. The website provides product, support, and legal information.

2. Your work

You retain rights to your original photos and work. Make sure you have the rights to capture, import, edit, and share the content, and respect others' copyright, likeness, and privacy. You are responsible for content you choose to export or share.

3. Local data and permissions

Editing and storage of work primarily take place on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, system photo library, and exported files. Deleting work, uninstalling the app, clearing data, or device damage may make work stored in the app unrecoverable. Camera and system-library saving features depend on the related permissions.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app or website for unlawful acts, infringement, fraud, or interference with the service. Except where allowed by law or expressly authorized, do not copy, sell, or misuse the app's software, name, logo, or website content.

5. Processing results

Color selection, selective-color editing, and export may vary with the source photo, device display, and system processing. Check your result before relying on it. We cannot guarantee identical visual output on every photo or device.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

OneHue offers monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-time lifetime option. Benefits, local prices, subscription periods, and payment terms are shown in the app before purchase. Apple processes in-app purchases through your Apple Account. See Purchases and Subscriptions for renewal, cancellation, and refund information. Apple's Standard EULA applies unless we publish an applicable custom agreement.

7. Changes and liability

We may update features, the website, and these terms, and will show the update date here. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every device or purpose. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
