本政策说明 OneHue 应用及本网站如何处理你使用照片编辑功能时涉及的信息。

1. 设备端照片处理

你拍摄或通过 iOS 系统照片选择器导入的照片，用于取色、局部留色编辑、预览和导出。这些处理在你的设备上完成；我们不会将照片、笔刷蒙版或编辑结果上传到自己的服务器。

2. 权限

使用相机拍照时，应用请求相机权限。使用系统照片选择器选图无需授予应用完整照片图库读取权限。将作品保存到系统相册时，应用请求“仅添加照片”权限。你可在 iOS 设置中撤回权限；相应功能将无法使用。

3. 本地作品和设置

导出的作品副本及其收藏、导出记录等信息保存在设备的应用数据中；语言等偏好保存在设备本地。你可以在应用中删除作品。卸载应用或清除应用数据会删除应用保存的副本；已保存到系统相册的照片由系统相册管理。若设备备份包含应用数据，备份由 Apple 的相关系统服务管理。

4. 账户、广告与分析

当前版本不要求注册账户，不接入广告或行为分析 SDK，也不使用跨应用追踪。我们不会为了广告目的收集你的照片或作品。

5. 网站访问与支持邮件

本网站是托管在 Vercel 的静态页面，不提供账户或照片上传。托管及安全服务可能为提供网站而处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息、访问时间和请求路径。你主动向支持邮箱发送邮件时，我们会收到你提供的邮箱地址和邮件内容，仅用于处理咨询或故障反馈。请勿发送不必要的私人照片或敏感信息。

6. 应用内购买

应用内购买和订阅由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。Apple 管理付款与订阅；OneHue 不会收到你的付款卡信息，也不会将 Apple 账户信息或购买记录上传到我们的服务器。应用会在设备上读取 Apple 提供的购买权益状态，以启用相应功能。退款申请由 Apple 处理。

7. 儿童、更新与联系

监护人应根据适用法律和儿童的实际情况决定是否允许未成年人使用拍摄与照片编辑功能。数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本页日期。隐私问题请联系 cyh19991002@gmail.com。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the OneHue app and this website handle information involved in editing your photos.

1. On-device photo processing

Photos you capture or import through the iOS system photo picker are used for color selection, selective-color editing, previews, and export. This processing takes place on your device. We do not upload your photos, brush masks, or edited results to our servers.

2. Permissions

The app asks for camera permission when you take a photo. Choosing a photo with the system picker does not require full photo-library read access. Saving a work to your system library asks for add-only photo permission. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings; the related feature will then be unavailable.

3. Local work and settings

Copies of exported work and related favorites and export history are stored in app data on your device. Preferences such as language are also stored locally. You can delete work in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes the copies it stores; photos saved to the system library are managed by that library. If device backups include app data, Apple manages those backups through its system services.

4. Accounts, ads, and analytics

The current version does not require an account, include advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs, or use cross-app tracking. We do not collect your photos or work for advertising.

5. Website visits and support email

This is a static website hosted by Vercel. It does not offer accounts or photo uploads. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, visit times, and request paths to serve the site. If you email support, we receive the address and content you provide and use them to answer your question or investigate the issue. Please avoid sending unnecessary private photos or sensitive information.

6. In-app purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions through StoreKit. Apple manages payment and subscriptions. OneHue does not receive your payment card details or upload Apple Account information or purchase records to our servers. The app reads purchase entitlement status provided by Apple on your device to enable the related features. Apple handles refund requests.

7. Children, updates, and contact

Guardians should decide whether a minor may use photo capture and editing based on applicable law and the child's circumstances. We will update the date on this page if our data practices change. For privacy questions, email cyh19991002@gmail.com.

This policy applies only to OneHue. Museeum is a separate app with its own privacy policy.
