1. Photos stay on your device

Photos you select are used to create previews, extract image fragments, assemble pixel artwork, and export images or animations. All image processing happens on your device. Pixel Loom does not upload your photos, editing settings, or artwork to our servers.

2. Photo permissions and sharing

Import uses the system photo picker. You choose which photos to share with the app without granting full photo-library read access. Pixel Loom asks for add-only Photos permission when you choose Save image or Save animation.

You can change that permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Denying it prevents saving to Photos; your collection inside the app remains available. System sharing sends the file to the app or destination you choose, under that destination's own privacy practices.

3. Local collection and preferences

Saving to your collection stores the original image, rendered artwork, editing configuration, title, and creation date in the app's local storage. Favorite selections, appearance, and language preferences are also stored locally.

You can delete your saved work in the app. Deleting the app removes its local collection and settings. Files already saved to Photos or another destination are managed there and are not removed when you delete the app. If Apple device backups include app data, those backups are managed by Apple's system services and your device settings.

4. Accounts, advertising, and tracking

The current app requires no account and includes no advertising, behavioral analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. There is no Pixel Loom cloud account or cloud photo upload.

5. Purchases and free export allowances

Optional Pixel Loom Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app uses verified StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to determine whether Pro is active and to restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details, and Pixel Loom does not send purchase records to a developer-operated server.

Free export allowances are tracked in this device's Keychain using successful export counts and local draft identifiers. These records are not photo content, are not synced through iCloud by Pixel Loom, and may remain after the app is deleted and reinstalled. Deleting the app does not reset the free allowances. Apple manages App Store account and payment information under its own privacy practices.

6. This website

This is a static website hosted by Vercel. It has no account or photo-upload form and does not edit or receive your app photos. Hosting and security services may process request information such as IP address, browser information, requested path, and visit time to deliver and protect the site.

The website stores your language preference in your browser's local storage. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data. This preference is separate from the language setting in the app.

7. Support email

If you email cyh19991002@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you provide. We use this information to answer your question or investigate the problem. Send only what is necessary; hide private details in screenshots and avoid sending sensitive photos. You may contact the same address with a privacy request about your support correspondence.

1. 照片在设备端处理

你选择的照片用于预览、图像碎片抽离、像素作品重组，以及图片或动画导出。所有图像处理均在你的设备上完成。Pixel Loom 不会将照片、编辑参数或作品上传至我们的服务器。

2. 相册权限与分享

照片导入使用系统照片选择器。你自行选择提供给应用的照片，无需授予完整照片图库读取权限。只有在你选择“保存图片”或“保存动画”时，Pixel Loom 才请求“仅添加照片”权限。

你可在 iOS 或 iPadOS“设置”中调整权限。拒绝权限会导致无法保存到系统相册，但不影响应用内已有作品集。系统分享会将文件交给你选择的应用或目标位置，之后由对方的隐私规则管理。

3. 本地作品和偏好

保存到作品集时，原图、渲染后的作品、编辑参数、标题和创建日期会存入应用的本地存储。收藏状态、外观和语言偏好也保存在本机。

你可以在应用中删除自己保存的作品。删除应用会移除应用内的本地作品和设置。已保存至系统相册或其他位置的文件由相应位置管理，不会随应用删除。如果 Apple 设备备份包含应用数据，该备份由 Apple 的系统服务及你的设备设置管理。

4. 账户、广告与追踪

当前应用无需注册账户，不接入广告、行为分析 SDK 或跨应用追踪。Pixel Loom 不提供云账户或照片云端上传。

5. 购买与免费导出次数

可选的 Pixel Loom Pro 购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。应用使用经过验证的 StoreKit 交易与权益信息，判断 Pro 是否有效并恢复符合条件的购买。我们不会收到你的支付卡信息，Pixel Loom 也不会将购买记录发送至开发者运营的服务器。

免费导出次数通过当前设备的钥匙串保存，记录成功导出次数和本地草稿标识。这些记录不包含照片内容，Pixel Loom 不会通过 iCloud 同步这些记录；删除并重新安装应用后，记录仍可能保留，删除应用不会重置免费次数。App Store 账户与支付信息由 Apple 按其隐私规则管理。

6. 网站访问

本网站是托管在 Vercel 上的静态网站，不提供账户、照片上传表单，也不会编辑或接收你在应用中的照片。为提供和保护网站，托管及安全服务可能处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息、请求路径和访问时间等请求信息。

网站会在浏览器本地存储中保存你的语言偏好，你可通过清除本网站的浏览器数据将其移除。网站语言偏好与应用内语言设置相互独立。

7. 支持邮件

当你向 cyh19991002@gmail.com 发送邮件时，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件正文及你主动提供的附件。这些信息用于回复咨询或排查问题。请只提供必要内容，遮盖截图中的私人信息，避免发送敏感照片。你也可通过同一邮箱提出与支持邮件相关的隐私请求。
