• A screenshot or short screen recording, if useful, with private details hidden.

You do not need to send the original photo unless it is necessary and you choose to share it. Never send account passwords or other sensitive information.

A photo will not import

Use Create to open the system photo picker and select an image. If a photo is stored only in iCloud, let Photos download it first, then try again. Check that the image opens normally in Photos. You can also try a bundled sample to check whether the issue is specific to that file.

Saving to Photos does not work

Check Pixel Loom's Photos permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings and allow the app to add photos. Return to the export screen and try Save image or Save animation again. Saving to the in-app collection is a separate action and does not grant Photos permission.

What is included in an export?

Save image exports only the finished pixel artwork as a PNG, keeping its proportions and transparency. It does not include the original/result comparison. Save animation exports a looping GIF of fragments leaving the photo and assembling into the result.

GIF uses an opaque background; a transparent background is replaced with Snow. GIF color and animation playback may differ between viewing apps. To send a file to another app or save it elsewhere, use the export screen's system Share action.

Free exports and Pixel Loom Pro

All editing tools and the local collection are free. You get three watermark-free image exports and three animation exports on this device. Failed or canceled exports do not use an allowance. After the free image allowance, you can still export images with a Pixel Loom watermark; more animation exports require Pro. The allowances do not renew periodically and are separate from Pro purchases.

Open Pixel Loom Pro in Studio to view monthly, yearly, and lifetime options or choose Restore Purchases. Restore uses the Apple account that made the purchase; it restores eligible Pro access, not your local artwork collection or free allowances. To cancel an auto-renewing plan, use Apple's subscription settings. Buying lifetime does not cancel a subscription you already have. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple's purchase support.

Where are my saved creations?

Work saved with Keep in my collection appears in Archive as a waterfall of pixel results and in the Studio calendar by creation date. Photos saved with Save image or Save animation are in the system photo library. These are separate destinations.

The in-app collection is local to this device. Pixel Loom has no server copy to restore after you delete the app or its data. Before uninstalling, save important work to Photos or another location you manage.

How do I change language or appearance?

Open Studio and scroll to Studio Preferences. Language switches between English and Simplified Chinese; Appearance offers System, Light, and Dark. These choices are saved on your device. The language control on this website changes only the website.

Why are the home circles not moving?

Pixel Loom respects the system Reduce Motion setting and displays a still result when it is enabled. Animation also pauses when the Explore page is hidden or the app is in the background. The star in the top-right corner shuffles the exhibition.

无法导入照片

在“制作”页打开系统照片选择器并选取图片。如果照片仅存于 iCloud，请先在系统“照片”中完成下载后再试，并确认该图片能够正常打开。你也可以先使用内置示例，确认问题是否仅出现在某个文件上。

无法保存到系统相册

请在 iOS 或 iPadOS“设置”中检查 Pixel Loom 的照片权限，允许应用添加照片，再返回导出页重试“保存图片”或“保存动画”。保存到应用内作品集是独立操作，不代表已授予系统相册权限。

导出文件包含什么？

“保存图片”仅导出最终像素作品 PNG，保留其比例和透明度，不包含原图与成品的对照画面。“保存动画”会导出循环 GIF，展示碎片从照片抽离后重组成成品的过程。

GIF 使用不透明背景，透明背景会替换为 Snow（雪白）。不同查看应用的 GIF 色彩与动画播放可能不同。需要将文件交给其他应用或存到其他位置时，可使用导出页的系统“分享”功能。

免费导出与 Pixel Loom Pro

全部编辑工具与本地作品集免费。当前设备提供 3 次无水印图片导出和 3 次动画导出，失败或取消的导出不会扣除次数。无水印图片次数用完后，仍可导出带 Pixel Loom 水印的图片；继续导出动画需要 Pro。免费次数不会按周期重新发放，且与 Pro 购买权益分别管理。

在“工作室”中打开 Pixel Loom Pro，可查看月度、年度与终身方案，或选择“恢复购买”。恢复时需使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户；它恢复符合条件的 Pro 权益，不会恢复本地作品或重置免费次数。取消自动续订方案请前往 Apple 订阅设置。购买终身方案不会自动取消已有订阅。账单或退款问题请访问 Apple 购买支持。

保存的作品在哪里？

“保存到作品集”的作品会出现在“作品集”的像素成品瀑布流中，也可在“工作室”的日历中按创建日期找到。“保存图片”或“保存动画”的文件位于系统照片图库。这是两个独立的保存位置。

应用内作品集仅保存在当前设备。删除应用或清除数据后，Pixel Loom 没有服务器副本可用于恢复。卸载前请将重要作品保存到相册或你自行管理的其他位置。

如何切换语言或外观？

打开“工作室”，向下找到“工作室偏好”。“语言”支持 English 和简体中文；“外观”可选跟随系统、浅色或深色。所选设置会保存在设备上。网站的语言按钮仅影响网站，不会更改应用语言。

为什么首页气泡没有播放动画？

Pixel Loom 遵循系统“减弱动态效果”设置，开启后会显示静态成品。“探索”页不可见或应用进入后台时，动画也会暂停。右上角的星星按钮可随机刷新展示内容。
