1. What Pixel Loom provides

Pixel Loom is a creative photo tool for importing photos, extracting fragments, assembling pixel artwork, adjusting the result, and keeping a local collection. It supports standalone pixel-image PNG exports and animated GIF exports. This website provides product information, policies, and support. Features depend on the app version, device, operating system, and permissions.

2. Your photos and artwork

You retain your rights to your original photos and artwork. Make sure you have the necessary rights to import, edit, save, and share the content you choose. Respect other people's copyright, likeness, and privacy. You are responsible for content you export or share and the destinations you choose.

Bundled example images and website materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the applicable license.

3. Local storage and keeping your work

Your collection is stored in the app on your device. Pixel Loom does not provide a cloud account or server-side recovery of your work. Deleting a work, deleting the app, clearing its data, or losing the device may make local work unavailable. Save important results to Photos or another location you manage before removing the app.

Saving to your collection and saving to Photos are separate actions. An item saved only in the app is not automatically added to the system photo library.

4. Exports and visual results

Check the preview and exported file before relying on a result. Fragment extraction and pixel rendering depend on the source photo and chosen settings. PNG preserves the pixel result's proportions and transparency. Animated GIF has different color and transparency limits; Pixel Loom uses an opaque background for that format, using Snow when the selected background is transparent. Other apps may display animation or color differently.

5. Free use and Pixel Loom Pro

The app is free to download. Editing and the local collection remain free. Free use includes three watermark-free image exports and three animation exports. After the image allowance is used, image exports remain available with a small Pixel Loom watermark; further animation exports require Pro. The allowances are device-local, do not renew periodically, and are used only after a successful save or completed share.

Pro provides unlimited watermark-free image exports and animation exports through a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. All three plans unlock the same features. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app and Apple's purchase sheet before confirmation; local prices and taxes may vary.

Apple charges your Apple account when you confirm a purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges may occur within the final 24 hours of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Buying lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription; manage any existing subscription in your Apple account to avoid further renewal charges. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple account that made the purchase to restore eligible access. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer grant Pro access.

6. Acceptable use and licensing

Do not use the app or website for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, or interference with the service. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized, do not copy, sell, or misuse Pixel Loom's software, name, icon, or website content.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app where applicable. These terms do not limit rights granted by that agreement or mandatory consumer law.

7. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains local image processing, permissions, website visits, and support email. The system photo library, sharing destinations, and linked external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes and responsibility

We may update features, this website, and these terms. The date above identifies the latest revision. To the extent allowed by law, the app and website are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose or device. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. 本地存储与作品保留

请在使用成品前检查预览及导出文件。碎片抽离和像素渲染取决于原图及所选参数。PNG 保留像素成品的比例和透明度；GIF 的色彩与透明度能力不同，Pixel Loom 会为其使用不透明背景，所选背景为透明时使用 Snow（雪白）。其他应用的动画播放或颜色显示可能不同。

5. 免费使用与 Pixel Loom Pro

应用可免费下载，编辑工具与本地作品集保持免费。免费版包含 3 次无水印图片导出和 3 次动画导出。无水印图片次数用完后，仍可继续导出带有小型 Pixel Loom 水印的图片；继续导出动画则需要 Pro。免费次数仅在当前设备记录，不会按周期重新发放，只有成功保存或完成分享后才会扣除。

Pro 提供不限次数的无水印图片导出和动画导出，可选择月度订阅、年度订阅或一次性终身购买。三种方案解锁的功能相同。具体价格与计费周期会在应用及 Apple 购买确认界面中显示，不同地区的价格及税费可能不同。

确认购买后由 Apple 账户扣款。月度和年度订阅会自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。续订扣款可能发生在当前周期结束前的 24 小时内。你可在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消；取消通常在已付费周期结束后生效。

终身方案属于一次性非消耗型购买，不会自动续费。购买终身方案不会自动取消已有订阅；请在 Apple 账户中管理已有订阅，避免继续续费。使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户，在应用内选择“恢复购买”，可恢复符合条件的权益。退款申请由 Apple 通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 按其规则及适用法律处理。购买被退款或撤销后，可能不再提供 Pro 权益。
